Ballet intended for us grown ups! Limited bouncing and jumps, non performing in a stress free zone! Studies have shown ballet to improve brain function, cognitive health, mobility & balance, sensorimotor demands and so much more. You are never too old to learn ballet or rekindle a childhood passion. All skill levels welcome, all health conditions (including Parkinson, MS,early onset Dementia) welcome! What do you have to loose? Nothing.
